Mondays are community days aimed at groups, sheltered accommodations and schemes such as Shopmobility picking up and returning shoppers to a single pick up point.

Tuesday is Walthamstow day (Morrisons & Sainsburys)

Collection times: A 09.00 - 09.45     Return times: A 11.00 - 11.45

                                B 10.00 -10.45                               B 12.30 - 13.15

                                C 14.30 - 15.00                              C 16.00 - 16.30

Wednesday is Chingford day (Morrisons & Sainsburys)

Collection times: A 09.00 - 09.45       Return times: A 11.00 - 11.45

                                B 10.00 -10.45                                 B 12.30 - 13.15

                                C 14.30 -15.15                                C 16.15 - 17.00

Thursday is Leyton/Leytonstone Day (Tescos)

Collection times: A 09.00 - 10.15       Return times: A 11.45 - 12.45

                                B 10.30 - 11.30                               B  13.00 - 14.00

*There is an additional trip to Morrisons on the last Thursday of every month for Leyton/Leytonstone residents.

 Friday is Leyton/Leytonstone Day (ASDA)
